- For small businesses located in the City of Laredo that experienced a negative impact due to the COVID-19 pandemic
This program is subject to funding availability and LiftFund’s credit and lending guidelines, including inability to secure funding through traditional commercial sources. Other fees may apply.

- Other business-related expenses
